I’m Robin Reiser… comedian, writer, frustrated human of Earth

I’ve cared deeply about our planet since I was given a “Save the Whales” T-shirt at four. I went to zoo camp, learned about endangered species, and survived the gut punch when I realized that the most dangerous and destructive animal on Earth is people (as in me and you!) I even went to environmental camp as a teenager so I could learn stuff about helping the environment, something I assumed everyone cared about.

Now as a big ol’ grown person, I try to do my part– I do! But as we reach a critical mass with climate change making itself undeniable even to deniers, I believe that I have to do more. Probably way, way, way more. Problem is: I care, obsessively care, and I still have a hard time making the necessary changes. That’s why I came up with this challenge. Taking it a month at a time instead of overwhelming myself with trying to do everything all at once.

I made it public because I want to take the mystery out of these changes. Also, I’m hoping I’ll inspire others to take the challenge too… So join me? It’ll be fun!
